In common English usage Ukrainian names are used for places in Ukraine by English language media and scholars these days; so your edit "their best region being Dnepropetrovsk" on UKROP was faulty English (the name of the city is Dnipropetrovsk in English). Please first check the Wikipedia page of a Ukrainian city first and to see how the name of that city is spelled in English before writing about the city on Wikipedia.
