I nominated the University of Texas at Dallas for a peer review. Hopefully we will get some good constructive comments on our page. Here is the UTD peer review page. Keep up the good work. Gig em! ;-) Oldag07 (talk) 04:48, 1 May 2010 (UTC)

I am going to nominate it. I gave it a through reading. Copyediting is not my strong suit. While the peer reviews that the page undergoes have been great, really, it isn't until a page is nominated as a featured article candidate that the real criticism comes. It probably needs more polish, but honestly, I have banged my head long enough on it. If it doesn't pass, we should get some good feedback, and we will know where to go from there. Here is a link to the nomination page.
Tips for going through these:

Sorry I haven't had a chance to look at the University of Texas at Dallas article. I've just been busy. If you're still interested, I'll be glad to help. →Wordbuilder (talk) 23:51, 5 September 2010 (UTC)
I hope you don't mind. I added this template to the UTD page. [1] Oldag07 (talk) 17:56, 9 October 2010 (UTC)
Thank you for uploading File:UT_Dallas_Love_Jack.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Chris G Bot (talk) 01:41, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
Merry Christmas Stan9999! Thanks for all of your hard work on the UTD page. Oldag07 (talk) 01:27, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
I hope you don't think that I'm trying to bug you or anything, but parking really is an issue at UTD and while I read your son goes here, unless you do you really don't know how bad it gets, and I wasn't making an unreferenced rant. We're circling the lots and showing up late to class trying to find a spot and it's getting frustrating.
I've been going to UTD for 8years now and they haven't done much of anything to help the parking situation at UTD and semester by semester it's getting worse. Also, I wasn't just randomly making up a figure when I said the school spent $17000+ on those trees.
That being said, out of respect, I won't edit the page again.

Hi Stan9999, my name is Czarina. I work for the Office of Communications at UT Dallas.
May I get your help in removing the University Seal from the UT Dallas wiki page? The trademarked seal is reserved for official University correspondence and diplomas only, as outlined here: www.utdallas.edu/brand/logos/seal.
Many thanks for your ongoing support for UT Dallas! Czarina727 (talk) 22:22, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Founders Building-1964.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.
To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 21:05, 16 September 2011 (UTC)

However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Thank you for uploading File:Founders Building, University of Texas at Dallas (1964).jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.
If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The file File:Plaque on the Founders Building (University of Texas at Dallas).jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
unused, low-res, no obvious use
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the ((proposed deletion/dated files))
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing ((proposed deletion/dated files))
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
