Do not be alarmed; I've been around for over 7 years, and still do not feel confident doing some things :).

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Tea, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted (undone) by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.
((helpme))
" on your talk page and someone will drop by to help.Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Vada pav has been reverted.
Your edit here to Vada pav was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://indianfood.about.com/od/vegetariansnacks/r/vadapav.htm) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Since you've shown some interest in editing topics related to India, we hope you'll stay and add content to India related articles. Again, welcome!
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. A tag has been placed on Lella Vignelli requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. AutomaticStrikeout 22:16, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
Hi thanks so much for contributing to the Teahouse project. We're glad you're sharing your experience with the community. Just a few notes - we do have a special method for interacting with editors who visit, please read tips to learn more - this includes being super friendly, welcoming editors who ask a question (Hi!) and not using wiki speak, jargons or extensive links. So far, it's working to retain new editors, which you can learn about in our pilot report. Please take these things into consideration when helping editors at the Teahouse, and I appreciate all you do for Wikipedia! SarahStierch (talk) 19:32, 14 August 2012 (UTC)

I think that the landing pages of tea house are cluttered with so much stuff that the important things get lost in there.
Rich Farmbrough, 00:40, 1 September 2012 (UTC).
From what you and Oliver have said, the following are the only changes to the edit interface in the current iteration, no?
I made a mockup of that specifically, but it did require a couple other changes to work:
Also wound up having to remove the default edit summary text '/* History */ ' for the placeholder text to actually show up, but anyway, does that seem about right to you, and would you be opposed to updating the mockup on the page to use that, as the current is somewhat misleading? -— Isarra ༆ 06:48, 5 October 2012 (UTC)

Hi. There's a request for 2 more icons in the redesigned Help:Contents/B, for the 2 lower sections. Would you be able to create these easily, to match the dimensions and style of the others you created (eg File:HelpPage IconPack-01.png)?
For the "Reference Desk" section, I think a question mark/magnifying glass/book theme would be appropriate, something similar to File:Noia 64 apps kdict.png perhaps?
For the "Question about Wikipedia" section, we just need something representative of our "W" :)
I took a long look through commons:category:icons but couldn't see anything that fit well, for either of these. Let me know here, or ask User:The wub, or see the talkpage thread at Help talk:Contents#Oppose know, if you have any questions. Thanks. —Quiddity (talk) 22:02, 11 October 2012 (UTC)

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on List of articles started by anonymous users requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Barney the barney barney (talk) 10:04, 24 March 2013 (UTC)

Hi, I'm Sosthenes12. Vibhabamba, thanks for creating The Noun project!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Please do not be alarmed by the number of tags. Most of them are very easily fixed (add links into and out of page; make it longer). The main thing is to add reliable secondary sources to establish notability. Thanks and good luck!
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.
Hello Vibhabamba,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged The Noun project for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks, Barney the barney barney (talk) 08:08, 27 March 2013 (UTC)

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

Hi Vibhabamba, I'm sending you this message because you're one of about 300 users who have recently edited an article in the umbrella category of open educational resources (OER) (or open education). In evaluating several projects we've been working on (e.g. the WIKISOO course and WikiProject Open), my colleague Pete Forsyth and I have wondered who chooses to edit OER-related articles and why. Regardless of whether you've taken the WIKISOO course yourself - and/or never even heard the term OER before - we'd be extremely grateful for your participation in this brief, anonymous survey before 27 April. No personal data is being collected. If you have any ideas or questions, please get in touch. My talk page awaits. Thanks for your support! - Sara FB (talk) 20:50, 23 April 2014 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
