This is a page for working on Arbitration decisions. The Arbitrators, parties to the case, and other editors may draft proposals and post them to this page for review and comments. Proposals may include proposed general principles, findings of fact, remedies, and enforcement provisions—the same format as is used in Arbitration Committee decisions. The bottom of the page may be used for overall analysis of the /Evidence and for general discussion of the case.
Any user may edit this workshop page. Please sign all suggestions and comments. Arbitrators will place proposed items they believe should be part of the final decision on the /Proposed decision page, which only Arbitrators and clerks may edit, for voting, clarification as well as implementation purposes.
1) I propose that Lsorin be banned from editing in any way related to the Coandă-1910 aircraft. He has repeatedly expressed a motivation to establish that it was the first jet aircraft, and he has written that he expects to be blocked because of this. Could we have a link or diff for the last point ("has written that he expect to be blocked because of this"), please? Newyorkbrad (talk) 02:11, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Answer to NYB's question above: "I know that my account will be blocked immediately, when I will start editing again the article Coandă-1910"[2]. – Fut.Perf.☼ 06:53, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Note: All remedies that refer to a period of time, for example to a ban of X months or a revert parole of Y months, are to run concurrently unless otherwise stated.

A topic ban is not a block, and you remain free to edit in any other topic under the sun—from mathematics, to pop culture, to ancient pottery. I encourage you to continue editing Wikipedia, in an area where you are less likely to find yourself in conflict. Cool HandLuke 14:09, 5 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It is incredible to see the huge amount of ignorance of the arbitrators, which in the end prevail in supporting the American and English bias, in a so called World Wide Encyclopedia. First of all, how dumb the arbitrators of this forum can be, to block the person how raised the case up? Would I raise up the case, just because I want to be blocked? From the results of the voting it is clear that not a single arbitrator did even checked the evidence I listed, as there is not a single mention of the OWNERs of the Coanda-1910 article. Anyway, the link to this page will show why Wikipedia does not work and why it will never considered seriously, by any academic, historical and scientific media. Anyway the fact that Coanda-1910 was the first jet airplane cannot be removed from the history by star editors of Wikipedia or ignorant arbitrators.
