Does not appear notable based on current sourcing or search for new sources. There is no virtual or physical hall of fame to be found, just a news article mentioning the hall and its 10 inaugural inductees. Only two inductees have Internet articles. It seems that the nominator did not notice that not only all inductees are notable and do have articles (Sun Wen, Soh Chin Aun, Homare Sawa, Yasuhiko Okudera, Harry Kewell, Sami Al-Jaber, Hong Myung-bo, Ali Daei, Bhaichung Bhutia and Homayoun Behzadi) but also all of them are among the most decorated footballers of their countries. The hall of fame was created by the Asian Football Confederation, the continental confederation of FIFA. As a result, that would be not a surprise to find induction of these people being covered in international media (Reuters: [1], L'Équipe: [2], Eurosport: [3]) and celebrated in their own countries. These sources are only examples (in English): Malay Mail, Korean Broadcasting System, India Today, Japan Times, Mehr News Agency, Women of China. I'm sure that more than enough commentary can be found in local media and in native languages of Asian countries (such as Japanese, Arabic, etc.) This website has reported ignition of a debate in Saudi Arabia, on why Majed Abdullah was not included in the list. I wonder why should such articles for countries like Italy and Israel or even a second-tier club deserve to exist, and the largest and most populous continent on earth does not? - Nobody here has done that, though, since that alleges WP:OR. The AFC named ten players to their Hall of Fame in 2014 to celebrate their 60th anniversary per the Reuters article. Whether this was just a one-off award or an actual building isn't relevant to the purposes of notability. Searching just Harry Kewell shows this achievement continues to be referenced by places like the Sydney Morning Herald. The article could do with some editing, though.
