Keep I understand this perspective and I have edited the article to reflect the subject's recent award by Diligent Corporation. I think being considered part of a top 100 category of governance practitioners in a specialized field makes him notable.I have also seen a lot of references to him in Nigerian newspapers. ^[1] ^[2]

Delete per my standards for lawyers and WP:TOOSOON. Neither the U. of Ibadan nor Nigerian_Law_School are ranked high enough to convey automatic notability. He has not been enrolled in a prestigious legal fraternity or honor society, and his work in the corporate field is ordinary. If he earns his post-graduate degree from USW then he would be on his way to passing WP:NPROF, but right now it's just too soon. I would not oppose userfication. Delete -- Most of the sources provided are self-published or not independent of the subject. The awards and certifications he's earned do not rise to the level of providing notability, mainly because WP:BIO requires coverage of the subject to be "significant".
