Brabham is not notable. Winning Miss Pennsylvania USA is not enough to make someone notable. This is shown in part in that the only source that is not a Miss USA publication or IMDb, is an alternative paper from Philadelphia, her hometown, that is not even about her but spends one paragraph mentioning her in an article on someone else.
