This activist was wrongly charged with a crime and is not notable for anything else, which I believe falls under WP:BLP1E. There is a possibility for a merge or redirect to 2010 G-20 Toronto summit protests per WP:CRIME. clpo13_(talk) 18:29, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I believe the underlying issues that it reprents regarding modern society and surveillance of citizens deem it worthy of being an entry that is kept, so that it is known. Keep Don't think BLP1E applies since he's given a number interviews to the press and isn't really a low profile person: [1], [2], [3]. There's been coverage of him beyond reporting from the initial event (previous links and also [4], [5]) including his subsequent trial. I think he meets the WP:GNG.
