Not notable, of the three sources given, one is the official website, one is to Baidu Baike (basically a Chinese version of Wikipedia), and the other one is to China Daily, which is the only source I can find on the web. I can't find any others. The article is promotional as well, with one section which is basically just an interview with the director.
