I created this article 6.5 years ago as a spinoff from Shenyang. Unfortunately, as a non Chinese speaker have not been able to find reliable sources so it remains largely uncited and verifiable. • Weak redirect to Shenyang#Economy where there's a segment describing Shenyang's three development zones. The page has received low but consistent traffic over the past year, so it does appear to be of some use.
