Delete, without prejudice against recreation if and when it's sourced properly. Political parties can have articles that show passage of WP:ORGDEPTH through WP:GNG-worthy reliable source coverage about them in real media, but are in no way "inherently" notable enough to get automatic inclusion freebies without adequate sourcing — and that goes triple for newly-founded political parties that don't even have any legislative representation in the relevant legislature at all.
