Keep. The sources found by the Google News archive and Google Books searches automatically linked by the nomination process demonstrate a very clear pass of the general notability guideline. There is an editorial decision to be made as to whether this should be merged with Christian Action Network, but that is a matter for normal editing and talk page discussion rather than anything requiring an admin to press the "delete" button. Redirect to Christian Action Network. That organisation is (subject to its own AfD) apparently notable enough, but not massively notable.
