Weak delete - I removed the speedy tag from this as there is some notability claimed (being the subject of a song by Daggermouth), but I just don't think it's enough per WP:MUSIC. Google search for "Mike Peecher" mostly brings up lyrics to the Daggermouth song, but no evidence that it's actually about this person. (And there are no sources where anyone likens him to Freddie Mercury.)
