This is a violation of Wp:BLP1E - in 2001, she accused Neil Hamilton (politician) (along with his wife and a friend) of rape (they were found innocent). She was then sent to prison for three years for attempting to pervert the course of justice. I don't think this makes someone notable, and there's nothing in this article - apart from a trivial statement saying that she was previously charged with ABH - that isn't covered in the accused's article.
