Dr Clave, I would encourage you to go ahead and add a little more information to Arcata, California#Events - both about the Samba parade and about the North Country Fair in general. Right now that section merely lists the events; it would be good to see it expanded, with a sentence or two about each event. However, do not redirect this page.
