Deprodded with the rationale: "easily passes WP:GNG and WP:NACTOR and a 10-year career makes it hardly WP:TOOSOON". And the other editor is correct, it is not a case of WP:TOOSOON, I was attempting to give the benefit of the doubt. The actor has had a single significant role, in Noble Aspirations. That's it. Every other role is not that significant. The one other exception would have been The Legend of Qin, but he didn't appear in that film, he was voiceover talent for the animated production. Keep: his roles in TV shows, for example Noble Aspirations, are also significant, so he passes WP:NACTOR. And Google news (for "秦俊杰") gives me 29 pages of results (so about 300 news articles, some clearly off-topic) including many detailed articles and interviews. So he passes WP:GNG. Comment There are two TV series named The Legend of Qin, a 2007-2014 anime series (The Legend of Qin (TV series)) and a 2015 live-action series based on the anime. He acted in the live-action series (with Lu Yi, Michelle Chen, Jiang Jinfu, Sun Yizhou, Gong Beibi, Leo Wu, Yu Bo, Canti Lau, Zhang Meng etc., so probably a notable series except it has no page on en.wiki yet). I'd also like to point out he has an article on 4 other Wikis including Farsi and German — not a legitimate argument I know, but something to consider. Over 300,000 followers on Sina Weibo.
