Keep - being "unmaintained" is not a sufficient reason for deletion. (Incidentally, the article has recently been worked on/improved by multiple editors.) A quick GNews search shows that Ms. Norton's activities have been noted by several reliable sources, which makes her notable enough for inclusion. (There are also several articles by her in the search, but not nearly all of the hits are articles by her.) --ThaddeusB (talk) 19:31, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Keep - article is well-sourced, in harmony with WP:BLP, has recent activity, and is not embarrassingly stubby. As a journalist frequently published by major news organizations, Ms. Norton often decides what is and isn't notable according to Wikipedia. Her article helps Wikipedia users put her words into the context of her life, and it would be a disservice to users to delete the article. Pro crast in a tor (talk) 09:21, 11 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Comment I'm not convinced notability is established yet. Most of the sources in the article are written/spoken by her. The only 2 independent reliable sources are the Guardian article about her ideas on copyright, and the Sunday Mirror article about her living arrangements which doesn't really discuss her work or ideas. If there are more articles in WP:RS about her that she didn't write, e.g. on her magnetic implant, then that would be sufficient to establish notability. --Colapeninsula (talk) 16:51, 11 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
It didn't take long to find a few more references about her, rather than by her:
