This article appeared to be a well-sourced one with this version (17:35, December 26, 2013). I tried cleaning it up by removing the dubious sources, merging the duplicate sources and tagging the article for improved references, recentism, notability and categories. Essentially the notability of the subject depends on his having published two books (one in 2012 and one just a couple of weeks ago) and his involvement in a literature festival which had its first edition on 18 December 2013. The book he published in 2012 seems to have been reviewed just once (by Tribune India). Overall I am not convinced that this is a notable enough person to warrant a Wikipedia article. He is well-known within his region (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Haryana, India) and is the Director of a major literature festival of the region of Panchkula, Chandigarh, India. Furthermore, he is the author of 2 books, both reviewed and noted by the media of the region. Additionally, his work is listed on all e-commerce websites. He has a significant fan following as is evident through his facebook and twitter pages.

• Comment - User:Radzee, there is no question that Reekrit has written two books and helped organize the first edition of this literature festival, but does that make him notable per WP:Notability (people)? As with the previous state of the article, you have presented what appears to be an impressive set of links, but the problem is that some are duplicates, a couple are archived versions of these links, several are blogs and/or forums and some are about the literature festival more than they are about him:

• www.tribuneindia.com/2012/20120326/ttlife.htm‎ - this is an index page; the actual article is located → here; it isn't a review of his first book, just him talking about it, and the impression is that they interviewed him because of his young age more than anything else
• books.google.co.in/books?isbn=1629513164 - this just confirms that his second book has been published, but look at page 4 and the publisher is Rumour Books, so effectively he is publishing his own book, hardly a ringing endorsement of notability
• www.amazon.in/s?ie...Reekrit%20Serai...27%3AReekrit%20Serai‎ - although this didn't come out clearly, I assume it was a link to a page showing his books, which is fine but all it does is confirm that he has written two books

• So what this comes down to is that of your 27 links, there only five that could be cited as reliable sources and one that has a questionable reliability. Of the five reliable ones, four deal primarily with the festival and one is about him. He does not meet the notability guidelines, particularly WP:Author because:

• there is little evidence he is regarded as an important figure or is widely cited by peers or successors
• he has not created, or played a major role in co-creating, a significant or well-known work, or collective body of work, that has been the subject of an independent book or feature-length film, or of multiple independent periodical articles or reviews

• This does not mean that he won't become notable at some point but not at this moment. His involvement with the literature festival falls under WP:1E until and unless there is a second edition. I hope it does become a major event, given the presence of some notable authors but we really need more evidence of the festival having been reported by reliable sources.
