I'm not sure the subject passes WP:NPROF based upon being a dean at a school of business; others may disagree. The subject certainly fails WP:ANYBIO and WP:GNG. Judging the cites present, work she published doesn't lend to her own notability. Cites from universities where she worked are not independent and therefore don't count for notability though they are fine for verifiability. A BEFORE search showed me non-independent pieces like DenverPost, WSJ, and 9news where she was quoted/ interviewed. Even then, those pieces are not about her in any depth.
