• Delete: It may be useful to develop the Special-purpose entity article to expand coverage of different jurisdictions. However, the present English article provides nothing which can be merged to help accomplish that, and the Japanese article (Google-translated) seems close to a how-to guide, describing mundane procedural stipulations.
