I'm not sure if this is a hoax or just a wholly non-notable event. The page is wholly unreferenced. Zero hits for "Percorso Trinakria" on JSTOR, Scholar, Gbooks and Gnews. • Delete - Trinacria is simply an old name for Sicily. I did some searches in Italian and there's a half-triathlon with roughly the same name, which suggests it's not an outright hoax.
