No evidence of notability provided, no reliable sources provided: external links do not seem to provide independent support for the article's assertions, one is to the bank itself, which has nothing whatsoever to do with the article's assertions, the other is to a Yahoo! blog. • Delete I couldn't find any coverage of the organization by mainstream media, either Japanese or non-Japanese. The organization is therefore non-notable.
