- The result of the discussion was: no consensus. I will place a redirect on the proposed target. Good Ol’factory (talk) 01:15, 28 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Nominator's rationale: rename per actual content, most of the content in the subcategories is about Anglican clergy in Wales of the Church of England, rather than of the Church in Wales. Marcocapelle (talk) 06:25, 14 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

- The result of the discussion was: delete. MER-C 11:07, 23 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Nominator's rationale:
Delete, together with subcategories. Double overkill of a term. Both terms, 'totalitarian' and 'dictator' are controversial and are a judgement, rather than an objective characterisitic . See also the note in page Category:Dictatorship. - üser:Altenmann >t 04:41, 14 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Category:Totalitarian dictatorships and Category:Former totalitarian dictatorships, definitely agree with terminological overkill and most importantly delete the category because countries are usually not permanently in a state of dictatorship so it's not a defining characteristic of a country. But I have doubts about the other two child categories (about dictators), because although the term 'dictator' is controversial, this term is nevertheless being used in sources to label certain heads of state. Marcocapelle (talk) 06:16, 14 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment the two "former" child categories aren't tagged yet. Marcocapelle (talk) 06:19, 14 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Too vague, controversial, and non-neutral to be applied objectively. See also Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of dictators and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of dictatorships which were both closed as "delete". —Psychonaut (talk) 09:24, 14 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete all per nomination. Surplus to other categories, and carries a value judgement Nick-D (talk) 00:15, 15 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete The whole tree goes against consensus. I would also note that several of the articles in Wikipedia on 20th-century leaders in Latin America have major issues with POV-pushing that need to be addressed.John Pack Lambert (talk) 04:58, 15 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

- the nomination above was added later, because new noms are added on top. - üser:Altenmann >t 15:21, 14 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
- Then perhaps you should remove this one, since the subsequent one supersedes it. —Psychonaut (talk) 15:45, 14 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
