Nominator's rationale: Non-defining (e.g. for West Indian manatee), subjective and just not a good form of categorization (e.g. it's unlikely that a zoo, museum, book etc would categorize lifeforms based on whether or not they are used as an indicator). Also, the NA category appears to indicate that there are 3 definitions. That a species has been used as an indicator is something that (assuming it can be referenced etc) could be mentioned in the article text (and linked to the relevant article), but it doesn't need a category. The entries in this category are territories in which between 10% and 80% of the population speaks a Turkic language and that language is one of the official languages.
