I am nominating the 2013 Oscars for featured list because I believe it has great potential to become a Featured List. I read the requirements and criteria. Comments – Minor, but the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award winner could use a bullet point, like the honorary winners have. Presenters and performers: "Annual" is improperly capitalized again in the first note. Ceremony information: "an nationwide bus tour promoting the event...". "an" → "a". Introduction of electronic voting system: "amongst" → "among"? "but technical errors and glitches promoted the Academy to move the deadline one day later." "promoted" → "prompted"? Box office performance of nominated films: Again minor, but a serial comma would be helpful after Flight, since you use it elsewhere in this section. Note A: "the" is needed before "awards gala."
