This image clearly does not reflect what the file name and description says. It says it was from the World Trade Center's Austin J. Tobin Plaza, but the image clearly shows that The Sphere is damaged, and it is clearly at Battery Park, for I see a Citibank, and I think the World Trade Center Complex did not have a Citibank. No opinion on the big question of deletability. On the small question of condition, this is how I remember it being, on my daily lunch breaks from my job across the street. I always thought it was ugly, as though damaged. The mount is not the kind in Battery Park; it's the kind in the WTC plaza. • Keep as uploader. When I was putting that article together, we didn't have the current image policy. I wanted one of the Sphere as it appeared before 9/11, and took this from nycjpg.com, with permission of the photographer. He had described as predating 9/11, and I have no reason to doubt him.
