The credited author is Sophia Lucero. Maybe the uploader's classmate or friend at UP, but I think this won't be passed at Commons' strict standards on copyright. Copyright vests in the person who captured the photo or pressed the shutter button, not the person who is either the family member, relative, or friend of the uploader. (https://www.technologylawsource.com/2015/04/articles/intellectual-property-1/who-owns-the-photo/) In the Philippines we usually follow the American jurisprudence in copyright of photos (even personal ones), and this is proven by the constant reminders of classmates or friends telling the uploader to "credit them" by tagging or mentioning them if uploading groupies or informal photo ops on social media sites (e.g. Facebook), if the uploader is not the one who took the photo. No evidence of permission. The image also appears at the subject's web site. The text of the website is under a Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License but there is no statement about images. Whpq (talk) 18:54, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
