Invalid WP:NFCC#1. The reason given by the uploader is: "There doesn't (yet) appear to be any images of Lynnette Grey Bull that are licensed under CC-by-sa or other free license."

WP:NFCC#1 states: "Non-free content is used only where no free equivalent is available, or could be created, that would serve the same encyclopedic purpose."

A photo of Grey Bull could certainly be created, and the uploader's rationale doesn't dispute that, and is therefore invalid. ― Tartan357 ^Talk 01:58, 11 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

She is still alive, so by Wikipedia's standards, it is still possible to take a picture of her. From WP:NFC#UUI #1: "Pictures of people still alive, groups still active, and buildings still standing; provided that taking a new free picture as a replacement (which is almost always considered possible) would serve the same encyclopedic purpose as the non-free image. This includes non-free promotional images." It doesn't have to be from her campaign to show the reader what she looks like. ― Tartan357 ^Talk 22:24, 11 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

• Delete - As a living person, a free image could be created even if a free image isn't currently available and as such fails WP:NFCC#1. Usage in the infobox is decorative. Sample was de-PRODded under assumption that it meets WP:NFCC#8 by helping readers understand critical commentary about the song "Are 'Friends' Electric?", including the "Music and production" section. However, listening the sample and reading the section, I'm unsure whether hearing the lyrics and music are necessary for understanding and whether deleting the sample would make any difference. Furthermore, I remain unsure whether the critical commentary and the sample support each other. Moreover, the sample is also used in Replicas (album), which is more about the album itself than the song. I think the sample should be removed from the album article, and it should be also removed from the song article unless I stand corrected about the usage there.
