If using more than one cover art is against WP:NFCC#3a and/or WP:NFCC#8, then let's choose either one. Preferably, the 1993 EP reissue—with yellow background and closeup view of a portion from the original release—should be used. The song "Creep" fared better on the British music chart one year after its initial unsuccessful British release. In other words, the first release—with white background and entire artwork—should go. Someone else objected the PROD tag on the first release just because it's... the "first release". Not all songs were successful in their original, initial releases. Take Should I Stay or Should I Go and I Will Remember You (Sarah McLachlan song), for example. George Ho (talk) 01:37, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Delete original. I agree that we only need one piece of cover art for this, and that choosing the better known version makes sense. Popcornfud (talk) 11:52, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Delete original and French covers. Since the 1993 re-release is the best-known version, we should delete the original. Meanwhile, the song did not become popular in France until a re-release in late 1995/early 1996 (the image used is the 1993 artwork), so that cover should go too. Years ago, I previously discussed which lead image(s) to keep; that ended in "no consensus". I just now uploaded a side label of the US single release without replacing either sleeve, but that amounted to three infobox images. One of the images should be scrapped if using three is against WP:NFCC#3a. The German sleeve (ebay, 45cat, discogs) may have be uploaded to the project earlier than the French one (45cat, discogs). However, I prefer keeping the French and the US releases (for now) and abandon the German one. George Ho (talk) 10:12, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
