Keep, relicense to PD-US-expired, and restore larger version from archive.org. I think 65.92.244.151 made an arithmetic error: It's at least 104 years old if we only know the subject's death date. That puts it in the public domain in the US. Move to Commons if we discover enough about the file to establish its copyright status elsewhere.
