I am getting no explanation at Wikipedia_talk:Volunteer_Response_Team#Misty_Copeland_OTRS_images. Does anyone know any OTRS editors?--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 05:54, 9 October 2014 (UTC)
Anyone know of a way to get rid of the ugly white space at 2010 Copiapó mining accident without affecting users of screen readers? I assume it's impossible... Brycehughes (talk) 05:59, 9 October 2014 (UTC)
((-))
template before the timeline graphic (which will display the timeline and the TOC side by side with the infobox to the right). You can remove this template and also add the timeline to the infobox, which will show both infobox and timeline on the right, with some whitespace after the TOC. Or you can knock out the second ((-))
after the forced TOC template, which will run the first section of text up between the TOC and the infobox. None of these is a particularly pretty solution... Yunshui 雲水 10:52, 9 October 2014 (UTC)
Set up an account today. Got email asking me to confirm my email address. The URL brought up error 404, page not found. How do I confirm my email?? Thanks, Sobranie Arrival — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.169.243.164 (talk • contribs) 08:15, 9 October 2014 (UTC)
HI, I am researching Allied Irish bank and found this page from you. Allied Irish Banks. The first half of the top paragraph is not appropriate way to start a wikipedia page. I am not saying the information should be removed, just moved to the "controversy" section. I am not happy to make the change and ask kindly if you could arrange it. Thank you so much. Hi there
Can you advise on how I can improve the early life section of Nessa Childers' page - Nessa Childers#Early life
the comment on top says this section needs references, yet her early life is verified in her father and mother's family page?

I haven't used Wikipedia for some time but back in the 2005 timeframe I worked for a German company. Back then I had a very convenient and easy to use Wikipedia page I could go to for German to English (or vice versa)word translations. I'm not seeking to upload a ten page document to be translated - just word and phrase translations that's all. I cannot find anything like this on Wikipedia anymore. Can anyone help me with this?

I'm sorry if I missed it, but I spent a solid 45' going thru many pages of material in the tutorials about NPOV issues, but was unable to discern precisely how to alert Wiki to a possible NPOV violation for the purpose of posting a non-NPOV banner.
I understand it is impossible to maintain Wiki's generally high standard of NPOV compliance on all of its millions of articles, but it is perhaps not impossible to at least alert the casual reader to the fact that many articles may be violating its NPOV policy. Few of us have the time to correct every citation error or unwarranted inference in every article, but we can at least ensure that most such wayward articles are at least adorned with the non-NPOV banner: “The neutrality of this article is disputed. Relevant discussion may be found on the talk page. Please do not remove this message until the dispute is resolved.”
I'm hoping it is not too difficult to get the non-NPOV banner posted to any given article, even if only for a short period of time. If the problems are fixed, or if the authors can adequately defend their NPOV compliance, then take the banner down. If not, leave it up until someone has the time to fix or rewrite the article.
So, my questions are, "Who decides that a non-NPOV banner should be posted, and how does such a person (or persons) generally make this decision?"

Dear editors: Can anyone suggest which WikiProject might be the right one at which to report this AfC draft? —Anne Delong (talk) 22:35, 9 October 2014 (UTC)
