• Keep the target explains that "Public transport on Socotra is limited to a few minibuses; car hire usually means hiring a 4WD car with driver", and further clearly indicates that there is no rail transport on the island - which anyone with enough intelligence to comprehend an average Wikipedia article will easily understand. Alternatively we could retarget to Transport in Yemen#Railways which begins "Yemen does not have any railways, despite several proposals." but this is less preferable as it requires the searcher to know that Socotra is part of Yemen which is not necessarily going to be true of everyone.     • I disagree on both of your points. For example: public transportation could be limited to minibuses and car hire, but there could be a private rail connecting a mining operation in the mountains to a port.       • the thing is that we do have information about rail transport on Scotora - there is none and the article is clear enough about that. We don't need to spoonfeed things that are already clear. • Keep per Thryduulf. Compare to Andorran Navy (RfD): it can be helpful to readers to tell them "this doesn't exist", which search results don't do as well. Verging on weak keep because of how niche this feels.
