All these users seem to be on a mission to replace instances of Somalia with Somaliland (which is a state of Somalia) where applicable. Somalilandgov12 changed Somalia to Somaliland on Hargeisa Airport, as well as other airport articles. King9912 does basically the same on Erigavo Airport and others. King9912 and Blabmone appear to have the closest relationship as they both have edited Immigration to Somaliland, Sool, Somalia, Somaliland nationality law, etc. Blabmone tried to make WikiProject:Somaliland a thing but it's basically Wikiproject Somalia with less content. Yesterday I tried to undo some of their edits but sort of lost motivation half way because they've caused such a mess. Today Bysomalilander has restored Blabmone's edits.

In addition, everyone (besides Somalilandgov12) have also demonstrated a lack of understanding or respect for copyright policy/copying within wikipedia as evidenced by their talk page notices. Sro23 (talk) 22:55, 5 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A new account has just recently surfaced and is engaging in the same activities as the other puppet accounts: Bluebluellllll. This "new" user also took the time to award a barnstar to BySomalilander (the initial alleged master account). Oddly enough, this is its only interaction with another user. The initial alleged master account is now restoring the work of the puppet: see here. It's also engaging in the same activities as other puppet accounts. However, even with these major similarities the initial master has been cleared of all wrong doings. Can admin/clerk explain how exactly this proccces work? • Bluebluellllll is  Confirmed to the three blocked accounts. @NeilN: It's not quite accurate to say that this report was supposed to be closed. Rather, as the template says, it was supposed to be administered and closed. In these kinds of cases, I leave it up to a clerk whether to start a new case with the oldest of the blocked accounts as the master. That decision depends on the clerk and the number of related accounts. If I feel strongly about it, I instruct the clerk to create a new case. My rule of thumb is that two or fewer accounts, probably not worth creating a new case. Three is borderline. Four or more new case.
