See the activity around Wikipedia:WikiProject Autonomous Zones and Wikipedia:WikiProject Council/Proposals/Autonomous Zones (specifically here [1] and here [2]), which the above accounts are all supporting. Mr vili (formerly user DominusVilicus) created this proposed (misnamed and ill-defined) project a few days ago, despite seemingly having very limited editing experience on Wikipedia (477 live edits total across all en.Wikipedia namespaces). Renaissance domenic (113 live edits) and TNebula (28 live edits) likewise have little editing experience. The Boris PHL account (5 live edits) has no article-space edits at all, and was clearly created just to sign up. Despite their very limited editing, the Mr vili and Renaissance domenic accounts have edited the same articles - some on disparate subjects not connected with the proposed project in any way. [3] The proposed Wikiproject has only one other supporter signed up so far: User:MicroSupporter, who I'm fairly sure isn't a sock, but seems to have joined up as a result of an invitation from Mr vili. Even ignoring the clearly connected editing patterns of Mr vili and Renaissance domenic, it seems distinctly implausible that an obscure newly-proposed project would be attracting contributors with such limited experience in this manner. • Mr vili is  Confirmed to Renaissance domenic. There is WP:BADSOCK editing (supporting each other in discussions), and multiple instances of editing the same articles, so I will indef block both. Boris PHL and TNebula look fairly different, from each other and from Mr vili/Renaissance domenic. I can't rule out off-wiki coordination, but I doubt whether they're the same person. Account created in December 2020, made one edit and went dormant. First substantive edit just made on this AfD [4] making the same (refuted) argument as Mr Vili who has just been indeffed for various reasons, and with questions about COI. The account edited their own user pages but otherwise went quiet. This looks like pretty obvious vote stacking at AfD by someone known to have used sockpuppets before. No one legitimately finds their way to an obscure AfD with no editing experience whatsoever just to support an indeffed editor. Sirfurboy🏄 (talk) 07:41, 25 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

• The evidence seemed a bit light, but I ran a check anyway based on the prior history of socking. I didn't want the account getting blocked if it turned out to be unrelated. And this one did come back  Unrelated. However, Tiffedwards is indistinguishable from Mr vili and is on the same IP address. Tiffedwards created Draft:Teamgo Visitor Management Software, which has been deleted as spam. Is this a continuing problem with Mr vili? I guess this could be a shared IP. • The blatant corporate spam at Draft:Teamgo Visitor Management Software seems inconsistent with Mr vili's pattern of behavior, so I'm not comfortable blocking at this point. (If Tiffedwards starts editing in a way that suggests a connection, let me know.) The situation with Wiki contributor xyz is odd, but not odd enough to override a negative CU finding. Closing.
