Vandalizing cyclones, and I remember a UAK sock use a same phrase (that I wont name here). It isn't as obvious, so I filed this report.

In general, this SPI page should only be used for sleeper accounts or accounts that engage in more subtle vandalism. Blatant WP:VOAs like this should be reported to WP:AIV instead. Partofthemachine (talk) 06:29, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That's one opinion, and of course they can be reported at AIV. Sometimes checkusers should be casting an eye over the accounts, to block sleepers and ranges, and to clean up IP edits.
