Hi,
I was provided this reason why the article I submitted wasn't approved:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability
Is it purely a judgement call if a topic is notable?
What tips can you provide in order for the article to be published?
If the topic isn't notable, which article should I incorporate my article into?
I wrote an article on Wikipedia and it got rejected. The reason is because the article is not significant enough for inclusion on wikipedia. However, Wikipedia is a platform for many topics and articles, there will always be articles that will not be significant or important, if my article get rejected because it is not significant to the person who reject it, then I think its sort of unreasonable to do.

I request to edit draft:Johann_Brieger since he is a notable Austrian diplomat. The creator of the original topic did not offer major citations of media coverage besides primary sources and a shortened CV. Nevertheless, there is more than enough international media coverage that justifies an English wikipedia article.
Therefore, I want to reopen the article and add further sources, for example - by the government of Mauritius about Dr. Briegers recent visit: http://m.govmu.org/English/News/pages/NewsDetails.aspx?ItemId=5893 - by an independent Mauritius newspaper about Dr. Briegers recent visit: http://www.mauriceactu.mu/2019/07/30/maurice-et-lautriche-renforcent-leurs-relations-bilaterales/ - an article by The Diplomatic Society about one of his hosted events: http://www.thediplomaticsociety.co.za/archive/archive/2568-austrian-leadership-programs-alps - an article by the South African Development Community: https://www.sadc.int/news-events/news/sadc-and-austria-agree-areas-collaboration/ - an article by greentech.at: https://www.greentech.at/en/largest-solar-thermal-systems-south-of-the-sahara/
Thank you & best regards

After the notice of rejection of the contribution, I did a complete review of the content, structure and references. It pretends to tell what is the history and contributions of software to the world.
I am asking for a revision in order to get the necessary approval to appear on Wikipedia, thank you.

We have a page for the Barjeel Art Foundation in the UAE and it has been denied publishing. I am trying to figure out what is wrong with the submission. The guidelines say to make sure it uses sources from multiple sources outside of the foundation. It appears we have and I do not know what is wrong on this front. Some references to name a few in the page are:
- The National
- The Guardian
- New York Times
- Whitechapel Gallery
- Myart Guides
- MORI Art Museum
- Sharjha Museums
- Casa Arabe
- NYU Abu Dhabi
I am also trying to figure out what the difference that delineates something being an advertisement and it being a wikipedia page. The page should contain information about the foundation and what they do. The page contains facts and no opinions. So, I am unsure what the issue is.
Is it structure? Should we break things up into more list and categories? I am really at a dead end on where to go from here. :(
Thanks for your time and consideration on this issue.
