The Pelagie islands are listed as exclaves of Italy, but that is not correct according to the definition. Islands whether belonging to another continent or not are not exclaves. But even if we really went by that definition, not all Pelagie islands don't belong to Italy geographically/orographically speaking. Linosa does belong. Only Lampedusa and Lampione are doubtful.
The situation is not comparable to Spain's one that has Canary Islands thousands of kilometres ways. Or the ones in front of Northern Moroccan coast 78.208.29.116 (talk) 13:56, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

This template must be followed by a complete and specific description of the request, that is, specify what text should be removed and a verbatim copy of the text that should replace it. "Please change X" is not acceptable and will be rejected; the request must be of the form "please change X to Y".
The edit may be made by any extended confirmed user. Remember to change the |answered=no parameter to "yes" when the request has been accepted, rejected or on hold awaiting user input. This is so that inactive or completed requests don't needlessly fill up the edit requests category. You may also wish to use the ((EEp)) template in the response. To request that a page be protected or unprotected, make a protection request.
Please change "12 Jun 1946" to "10 Jun 1946" as the date on which the Italian Republic came into being. This was the date on which the Court of Cessation confirmed the results of the institutional referendum. RomeoJA (talk) 20:02, 12 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
change "Italy shares its borders with France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia and two enclaves: Vatican City and San Marino." to "Italy shares its borders with France, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Vatican City and San Marino."

Looking at the source, there is an editor comment at the Administrative Divisions section that says not to change the anchor tag. As it stands, however, the section header is "=((Anchor". Shouldn't this be fixed? Why shouldn't it be changed? TurkeyCookTime (talk) 18:50, 21 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
