Nice job on the article. Here's a suggestion, when you have a cast list, simply put a parenthetical not below the header, saying something like, "cast list as per Broadway World, and put the single footnote there. If you have to add someone not in that cast list, (like the 3 in your list), you can add a second footnote.

Hi, ForsythiaJo! Since I see you've worked on somewhat related categories before, I thought you might have some input on the deletion discussion currently going on over Category:Novels set in fictional villages. — the Man in Question (in question) 04:09, 3 June 2023 (UTC)
Hello, ForsythiaJo,
Speedy deletion criteria that start with "A" are only valid for main space articles. You have been using them on articles in Draft space. I recommend using Twinkle to tag articles for deletion, it will automatically limit the possible deletion criteria to those that are valid for the namespace the page is in. Also, if you set your Twinkle Preferences to "Notify page creator", will post a notification on the talk page of the article creator, an important step in the deletion process. But it also wouldn't hurt for you to review Criteria for Speedy deletion so you are more familiar with the different criteria and which namespaces they apply to. Thank you. Liz Read! Hi! @ForsythiaJo Thank you for your help in expanding the draft. Reshma of Kashmir Can you please see if you can help me with another one that I created? I'd really appreciate it. Draft:Aditya Tiwari Plushwiki21 (talk) 09:21, 16 June 2023 (UTC)
I know you mean well, but please don't make categories for such topics if they don't contain four or more entries, some say five or more. Am not sure about the guideline though. 50 state categories with many containing only one or two entrants serves to hide all the statues behind category spread, and it seems much easier to read, research, and appreciate Wikipedia's collection when they were contained in one category. Thanks. Randy Kryn (talk) 06:13, 2 July 2023 (UTC)

In July 2015 around 15.5% of the English Wikipedia's biographies were about women. As of July 2023, 19.61% of the English Wikipedia's biographies are about women. That's a lot of biographies created in the effort to close the gender gap. Happy 8th Anniversary! Thanks for your work with making some additional categories within disability! I think it would be helpful if you added wikiprojects to each of them (like this one Category:American activists with disabilities. Also, I'd love your help moving folks into the new subcategories.
I don't think that we need to split up every category by occupation, unless that country category and occupation categories are both particularly large. Otherwise, I worry that we might be overcategorizing. So it might be useful to think through which occupations are crowded. Mason (talk) 20:54, 20 July 2023 (UTC)

Hello ForsythiaJo. I really like your article The Ark of Return and your full descriptions of this artwork. Problem is, there was already an article United Nations Slavery Memorial about the topic, although I don't think it contains the name and fuller description of the sculpture as yours does. I'm not suggesting a course of action here, just alerting you about the other page so you can read it and then reply. I'm going to italicize your page as it seems to be the name of the artwork. Thanks for writing it, I haven't visited the sculpture but it sounds like an interesting experience. Randy Kryn (talk) 12:33, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
I am LGBT member. there is an editor who wants to remove the Anita biography at all costs because the one who created it complained and he did not like it. It is a biography of a singer of typical Argentine "tango" songs, very famous in the last century and that can be verified in the dozens of links in the bio, despite the fact that at that time there was no press like there is now... without Yet she had it. Just 3 years ago ( after died 25 years ago) people is still taking about her! this is the link to an article published in 2020 mentioning the "star Anita Bobasso"...[1] Please help me so that it is not deleted, I am very old and I have been to Anita shows in Argentina, and I don't know how to avoid it from deletion. very thankful Ragazzodeitalia (talk) 12:59, 5 September 2023 (UTC)

Hi ForsythiaJo, thank you so much for your help on setting up a template on my very first article. I’m new here, so I didn’t know how to make a template for the basic information (born, etc.). However, you removed a lot of pieces that I was trying to add in this bio. I’m trying to research and write biographies about people I think are undervalued or overlooked, who have done (in my opinion) remarkable things in their lives. It’s to try to spread some positive energy in our society. Is there a way I can do that, without it being considered: “Promotional”? I have checked all my references on this, and read the articles, to ensure I’m factual. Also, I thought adding Brian Kinsella’s entire career in a flow that was easy to read made sense. But you removed most of his career bullets. Is that considered promotional in a bio, or can I add that back in? I am very new here, so I am still learning, so I really appreciated your help on the template. Simply couldn’t figure that out. All the best Mwikiforce (talk) 11:12, 5 October 2023 (UTC)

On 7 April 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Ellen Bernstein, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Ellen Bernstein was called the "birthmother of Jewish environmentalism"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Ellen Bernstein. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Ellen Bernstein), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Hi Forsythia,
Recently I made the article Fentanyl Crisis in San Francisco and I saw you made some pretty major edits to it. Someone today has requested it be deleted. I think this is wrong and so I want some help. First, the crisis is not covered at all on the main San Francisco article and I think that it would make the article too cluttered to mention it there, so that's why I think this independent article is important. What I'm thinking about doing is maybe moving to "Opioid Crisis in San Francisco" and linking more to California Opioid Crisis.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article until the discussion has finished.—Saqib (talk | contribs) 15:58, 3 May 2024 (UTC)
The article Project Rozana has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
this page appears to be part of a legitimization campaign for breaking BLP regarding people who recently died on october 7, 2023. it was not notable before october 7, and is not, in my estimation, notable now.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the ((proposed deletion/dated))
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing ((proposed deletion/dated))
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. 814jjs (talk) 19:55, 5 May 2024 (UTC)

Hi ForsythiaJo. I draftified the new article on the Karintak operation, so it's now at Draft:Karintak operation. The article was created in violation of a Armenia/Azerbaijan-topic-wide restriction on edits and creations by users who are not extended-confirmed. I've also EC protected the draft. If you'd like to keep working on it or move it to mainspace, you'll get no objections from me. Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 12:51, 7 May 2024 (UTC)

Hello ForsythiaJo:
WikiProject Women in Green is holding a month-long Good Article Edit-a-thon event in June 2024!
Running from June 1 to 30, 2024, WikiProject Women in Green (WiG) is hosting a Good Article (GA) edit-a-thon event with the theme Going Back in Time! All experience levels welcome. Never worked on a GA project before? We'll teach you how to get started. Or maybe you're an old hand at GAs – we'd love to have you involved! Participants are invited to work on nominating and/or reviewing GA submissions related to women and women's works (e.g., books, films) during the event period. We hope to collectively cover article subjects from at least 20 centuries by month's end. GA resources and one-on-one support will be provided by experienced GA editors, and participants will have the opportunity to earn a special WiG barnstar for their efforts.
We hope to see you there!
