Ali El-Hassani (January 1897 – 1976) was an Egyptian footballer.[2] He competed at the 1920 Summer Olympics, 1924 Summer Olympics and the 1928 Summer Olympics. He played for Zamalek, and was a part of the team that won the Sultan Hussein Cup in 1921, and the first Egypt Cup in 1922.[3]
