Bakhtajerd Rural District (Persian: دهستان بختاجرد)[3] is in the Central District of Darab County, Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Bakhtajerd.[4]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 8,331 in 1,915 households.[5] There were 9,413 inhabitants in 2,495 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 9,214 in 2,750 households. The most populous of its 41 villages was Tizab, with 1,609 people.[2]
