Hashivar Rural District (Persian: دهستان هشيوار)[3] is in the Central District of Darab County, Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Shahnan.[4]
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 13,827 in 3,081 households.[5] There were 14,241 inhabitants in 3,741 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 15,425 in 4,180 households. The largest of its 72 villages was Banuj, with 2,676 people.[2]
