Dehnash (Persian: دهناش, also Romanized as Dehnāsh)[3] is a village in, and the former capital of, Bazoft-e Bala Rural District of Bazoft District, Kuhrang County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran.[4] The capital of the rural district has been transferred to the village of Chaman Goli.[5] Dehnash is also the former capital of Bazoft Rural District[6] (now Bazoft-e Pain Rural District).[4] The village is populated by Bakhtiari people.[7]
At the 2006 census, its population was 218 in 38 households.[8] The following census in 2011 counted 180 people in 41 households.[9] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 193 people in 53 households.[2]
