Mahdaviyeh (Persian: مهدويه), also Romanized as Mahdavīyeh; also known as Qal‘eh Mehdi Khān (قلعه مهدي خان),[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Kamazan-e Sofla Rural District[4] of Zand District, Malayer County, Hamadan province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 229 in 46 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 385 people in 122 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 378 people in 100 households.[2]
