Owzrud Rural District (Persian: دهستان اوزرود)[3] is in Baladeh District of Nur County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Pil.[5]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 1,811 in 598 households.[6] There were 1,400 inhabitants in 567 households at the following census of 2011.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 2,452 in 929 households. The most populous of its 16 villages was Dunay-e Olya, with 273 people.[2]
