Pain Zarrin Kola (Persian: پايين زرين كلا), also Romanized as Pā’īn Zarrīn Kolā; also known as Zarrīn Kolā and Zarrīn Kolā-ye Pā’īn,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Larim-e Shomali Rural District of Larim District, Juybar County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,093 in 304 households, when it was in the former Larim Rural District of Gil Khuran District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,176 people in 372 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,174 people in 386 households. [2]
In 2023, the former Larim Rural District was separated from Gil Khuran District in the establishment of Larim District, which was divided into two rural districts.[4]
