Prime Minister of North Macedonia
Restoring to stable version from a few months ago (will not fight for this as the guideline could be interpreted both ways, but I think it's simpler while still correct this way, and it's the way the article had uncontroversially been for a long time).currentTag: 2017 wikitext editor

Skopje
Reverting missed deviation from consensus from a few weeks ago. Aligning new content with guidelines (plain non-adjectival reference to the state, I believe it's as non-controversial as it gets).Tag: 2017 wikitext editor

Ottoman Empire
→Language: Many other regions had non-Turkish speaking Muslims (Crete, Bulgaria, etc.). I doubt there was even necessarily a majority of Turkish speakers among European Muslims, but at least this is better than before.Tag: Visual edit

Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople
I don't know if this is necessary and it seems slightly misleading. The Armenian church was always distinct and it isn't "Orthodox" in this sense,it's a completely different sect.It makes it sound like it was only separated for ethnic reasons.A Turkish church technically exists but given the fact that the distinction between Greeks/Turks is traditionally a religious one(meaning "Christian Turks" are generally Greeks),and since it has very few members,I don't know if it needs to be mentioned here.Tag: Visual edit

Byzantine Empire
Why would it literally mean "Monarchy of the Romans"? Translating technical terms between languages isn't exact, but a Greek translation of "Monarchy" component by component would be "Αυτοκρατορία" or "Μοναρχία". In the contemporary Greek there was a clear distinction between a "petty sanguine Monarch" ("Ρήγας") and a Byzantine Emperor ("Βασιλεύς"). I think it's better if we just don't try to translate anything "literally" and just mention the common rendering.Tags: RevertedVisual edit

Bosnian War
The Greek Civil War resulted in more casualties, and took place after the end of WWII. The sources which claim this war was the deadliest since WWII seem to count the GCW as part of WWII. I still consider this part important and didn't want to remove it, and I saw this as the only way to keep it without the sentence being false. If anyone can express the same thing less clunkily that would be great.Tags: RevertedVisual edit
