Is William Williams really Fat Tony's proper name?
I just assumed it was just a bad attempt at a un-Italian pseudonym so as not to arouse suspicion.
Yup, William "Fat Tony" Williams is the name on the episode of his first appearing. 85.76.164.144 (talk) 16:19, 9 October 2016 (UTC)
FAT TONY DIED AND WAS REPLACED BY HIS COUSIN FIT FAT TONY Please get a simpsons expert to edit this page and include this THANK YOU
Is his name based on Tony Soprano?
What about the mobster Toni Cipriani from GTA 3? 80.178.211.85 4 July 2005 10:52 (UTC)
Shouldn't we mention something about him and his antics being an obvious parody of the Godfather? Not only did he once mention that he cried when he paid to see Godfather III, his son's name is Michael. 24.63.237.46 16:49, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
He cannot be named after Tony Soprano or Tony C. from GTA 3 becasue he appeared in his first episode in the early or mid 1990's before that game and show existed He was named after Anthony" Fat Tony" Salerno the boss of the Genovease CRime Family in the '70s
William Williams is already mentioned in the article text and is not his "official" name. PMA 13:59, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
The list of the episodes Fat Tony appears seems to be incomplete. At least the episode Homer vs. The Eighteenth Amendment is missing. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 80.81.5.166 (talk • contribs) 18:41, 3 December 2006 (UTC).
Someone removed that he was a catholic, yet he is seen in the Catholic church. Should we include this?

Anyone else think this is odd? Fat Tony and Wario are from two different companies, and as such are officially in two different universes. Should this be changed? - ~VNinja~ 00:22, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
Now that Fat Tony is dead, what should we do with the article? It should definitely be noted somewhere. Perhaps we should replace this article with one entitled "Mob Bosses in Springfield". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Andrewman327 (talk • contribs) 17:54, 13 December 2010 (UTC)
How many langauges does he speak? I think he spoke Flemish when accepting a shipment of Belgian weapons. --2001:4644:DC5B:0:45B5:1689:7C31:991E (talk) 19:28, 24 March 2015 (UTC)
The result of the move request was: page moved. Armbrust The Homunculus 09:05, 31 July 2015 (UTC)
– I love The Simpsons, and it has tremendous influence, but Fat Tony is just not a very significant or influential character. And the subject doesn't seem to meet either of the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC criteria. Real-life gangster Anthony Salerno has more views so far this month, and probably has at least as much "enduring notability and educational value" as the fictional character. And of course, that's not even taking the other topics into account. --BDD (talk) 21:25, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
