Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request its removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:

26 Sep 2014 Aurora ATC fire

Why can’t the 26 September 2014 Aurora ATC fire which grounded all traffic at Midway Airport, with multiple sources, be mentioned in Midway Airport? If a link changes and someone deletes it, shouldn’t they replace it with the current link? Does “(Not related to this airport other than they both being in Illinois)” sound polite? Chicago Midway International AirportMidway International Airport – The article for O'Hare simply uses the titling O'Hare International Airport, as opposed to "Chicago O'Hare International Airport". Therefore, I think this article should simply be titled "Midway International Airport" instead of "Chicago Midway International AIrport". --Relisted. Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport all include the city in the name. Who but a Southwest passenger would know where Midway is without Chicago? Sammy D III (talk) 01:33, 12 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think that the Chicago area press should be used. Around here it sort of defaults to Midway, even Airport is often not used. It's on the weather maps all morning, regularly on the news, everybody around here knows it is in Chicago. I think Chicago sources are probably biased. Thank you. There are very few references at all for MDW. There need to be more!!! Otherwise, the content is very good.Gittinsj 05:31, 18 March 2007 (UTC)gittinsj[reply]

Wildly incorrect info

Southwest flies more than 200 daily flights to many destinations from Midway. The edit to this article was intentionally incorrectly. Madmarlon71 (talk) 07:58, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The article contains significant unsourced text. Prose is difficult to parse in many places due to intricate details and suffers from WP:Proseline. Talks about a 2018 plan in the future tense (about concourse A). —Femke 🐦 (talk) 21:00, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
