I just removed two statements from this article that failed to verify, one of which for that matter contained racially loaded language. Looking at the rest of the article, I'm seeing factual errors (the Eighth's ruling in 2011 didn't really "affirm[ ] the legitimacy of the lockout"), out-of-date information (subsequent Smith terms [1] [2]), and style issues ("Court of Appeals" is the wrong link), and that's just at a glance.
