I'd like to know how to expand this page on Indian model/actress Udita Goswami. I tried filling in an image on the side of the page with her description, but it comes up as a link to another page. Could someone advice me? Thanks
PLEASE stop vandalizing this article because you're from Assam and want Udita to be Assamese. Wiki has really become a joke lately when contributors ignore firsthand sources in preference for unreliable user edited sites like IMDb or fanmade sites like http://www.udita-goswami.com/ to push an agenda. It's laughable that you actually thought the latter was an official site (the layout alone makes it obvious it's not) and completely ignored my REAL source---an interview.
ANITA : U luk very non Indian, r u mix of 2 races?
Udita Goswami : yes, im mix of two races my mom is from shillong and dad from banaras

Have you not realized that YOU are the VANDAL in question here? LOL!!!!!!!!! It is because of vandals like you who do not even have the basic understanding of the workings of a "Wiki" and illiterate enough to not even be able to create an user account for yourself. That I am from Assam or not has no bearing on the topic at hand. If you possess the bare minimum layman ability to check my list of contributions , you will get on terms with that. And while I am still laughing, let me make it clear that http://www.bollyhungama.com is IN NO WAY a credible source. On a more serious note, I am REVERTING the edits made by you and issuing you another warning. DO NOT TURN THIS INTO AN EDITING WAR.

For the last time, PLEASE stop editing the article to claim she's Assamese or part Assamese. She is not:

How can she be Nepali-Indian (as the lead states) when both her parents are Indians, from Benares and Shillong, as the article states?? BigJolly9 (talk) 10:11, 18 March 2013 (UTC)
@Cyphoidbomb: Sir, recently in this edit, full DoB of this subject has been removed with the reason given "removing full date of birth for privacy reasons and identity fraud, wee WP:DOB". Now WP:DOB says, Wikipedia includes full names and dates of birth that have been widely published by reliable sources, or by sources linked to the subject such that it may reasonably be inferred that the subject does not object to the details being made public.
and The Times of India is a reliable source. To which Doug Weller said, "The Times is a reliable source, but that's not enough to show it's widely published." My point is whether reliable news agency sources like the one used here alone can be used to display full DoB for Indian actors/celebs like in the case of Kareena Kapoor or we need more than one source.
